I am unable to create a profile for cleaning. When create a profile and then try to save it, I get asked if I want to edit a profile or create a new one. The profile that I was making does not get saved.

hum, strange... could you tell me which windows are you using ? I'll check it if you're doing it right : 1.Run the main program (the wizard cleaner) 2.If it prompts you to create new profile, answer NO 3.In the 'Cleaning Files' tab (default one), click on the 'New Profile' button on the right part. 4.Select (check) which cleaners you want to be enabled (Temp files scanner, Internet/Windows related scanner and paranoia scanner) : I'll choose to select 'Temp Files' Scanner 5.For each scanner, set your options : I'll choose' Useless Temp Files' 6.In the upper left caption editor enter a name, I'll choose 'Junk cleaner' 7.And select it as the 'Default profile'. 8.Just click save and it will surely works, in fact it should, coz, i've download twc and did all the stuff i wrote 'in live session', (did it and then wrote what i've done). Now i've got the 'Junk cleaner profile' in my profile selection page.

Yep i know, sorry, this is a mistake i've noticed in the source code: i left the update_url as it was in debug mode, meaning pointing out to my local drive.
It means that this function doens't work in version 1.4.3.2, but is fixed in v1.4.3.3 which should come out in few days now, by the end of the month i guess.

I am also having an issue with creating a profile. When I start up the program, it prompts me to create a profile. I have done it both ways (i.e. creating one when it prompts me, and saying 'no' and creating one on the 'cleaning files' tab) and in both cases, each time I click save, it prompts me immediately again to create a profile. It says this is either the first time I've used the program, or I've deleted all the profiles.
I have created several profiles, and I can view them in the profiles folder. I have restarted my computer but it still doesn't recognize them. I activated the scheduler, and it does recognize that there are profiles in the settings (asks what profile to use, and it lists the ones I've created), however, if I use it to launch the Wizard, it asks again to create a profile. If I click no, then it goes beyond this, and starts up. Before it does anything though, it says it cannot find a 'jobs' file for the selected profile (the one I picked in the settings). I have attempted to use all three versions you have available for download, but none of them bring back up any profiles I've already created.
I use Windows XP Professional.
